On behalf of Singapore Transport Association (STA), we would like to express our sincere appreciation to our Guest of Honour, Mr Desmond Tan, Senior Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office and Deputy Secretary-General of NTUC, for taking time out of his busy schedule to join us and grace this milestone event.
