Acceptance of Membership Fees:
The submission of your membership application form signifies your acceptance of the membership fees as outlined in the provided membership information or pricing schedule. You understand that these fees may be subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review the current fee structure on the Association's official website or other communication channels.

Payment Schedule:
You acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the payment schedule and deadlines provided by the Association. You understand that failure to adhere to the specified payment schedule may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

Payment Methods:
You agree to make payments using the payment methods specified by the Association. It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover the membership fees.

Membership Confirmation:
Your membership will be considered active and valid only after your payment has been successfully processed and received by the Association.

Changes to Fees and Schedules
The Association reserves the right to modify membership fees and payment schedules at its discretion. In the event of any changes, reasonable notice will be provided to all members.

Refunds:
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the membership fees or payment schedule, please contact the Association's designated contact person or customer support for clarification.

Personal Data Protection Agreement (PDPA)

This Personal Data Protection Agreement ("PDPA") is entered into by and between Singapore Transport Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association," and the individuals who provide personal data to the Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subjects."

1.1 The Association collects personal data from Data Subjects for the purpose of membership application and related services. The personal data may include, but is not limited to, names, contact information, and other information necessary for membership management.
